These Terms of Service apply to your use of the WovenRootsHome website and purchases made through our online store.

Website Use

You may use the WovenRootsHome website for lawful shopping, product research, and other purposes permitted by these terms.

You may not use the website to engage in fraudulent activity, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operations, distribute malicious material, or violate applicable laws.

Product Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to present product information accurately. Product pages may include information about materials, dimensions, colors, patterns, product features, and other specifications.

Because textile products are manufactured and measured individually, minor differences in measurements may occur.

Colors shown on a computer, phone, or other display may also differ slightly from the physical product because display settings vary between devices.

Product Measurements

Product dimensions are provided on the applicable product page and are intended to help customers determine whether a table runner is suitable for their table.

Customers should review the listed measurements before placing an order, particularly when selecting a runner based on table length or width.

Orders

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time from Monday through Friday begin processing on the same business day.

Orders placed at or after 3:00 PM ET begin processing on the next business day.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a U.S. federal holiday begin processing on the next business day.

Order Changes and Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours after an order is placed.

Customers should email service@wovenrootshome.shop and include the order number.

Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Pricing

Prices are displayed on individual product pages and at checkout.

Applicable sales taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout when required.

Standard shipping is currently provided at no additional charge for eligible orders.

Shipping

Orders normally require 1–3 business days for processing followed by approximately 3–7 business days for standard delivery.

The estimated total delivery period is 4–10 business days from the processing start date.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, transportation interruptions, or other circumstances.

Returns

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Products returned for reasons unrelated to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item must meet the applicable return conditions described in our Refund & Return Policy.

Intellectual Property

Website content, including text, product images, graphics, logos, design elements, and other materials, may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without appropriate authorization.

Website Availability

We work to maintain the availability and functionality of our website. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, hosting problems, network interruptions, or other circumstances.
