WovenRootsHome offers free standard shipping on eligible orders within our current shipping area.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is provided at no additional charge. The standard shipping cost shown at checkout is $0.00.

There is no minimum purchase amount required for free standard shipping.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States.

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or possessions, or military addresses including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

Order Cutoff Time

The daily order cutoff time is 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday.

An order placed before 3:00 PM ET on a business day begins processing on that business day.

An order placed at or after 3:00 PM ET begins processing on the following business day.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a U.S. federal holiday begin processing on the next business day.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the processing start date.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include U.S. federal holidays.

Standard Delivery

After processing is completed, standard delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days.

The estimated total period from the processing start date through delivery is 4–10 business days.

This estimate includes 1–3 business days for order processing and 3–7 business days for standard delivery.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, shipping details will be sent to the email address associated with the order after the order has shipped.

Shipping Address Changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

If an address needs to be corrected, contact service@wovenrootshome.shop within 24 hours after placing the order.

We will attempt to make the requested change before shipment. Once an order has entered the shipping process, an address change cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Delays

The 4–10 business-day period is an estimated delivery timeframe and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Weather conditions, carrier interruptions, transportation problems, holidays, and other events outside our control may result in additional delivery time.

If an order has not arrived within 10 business days after the end of the estimated delivery period, please contact service@wovenrootshome.shop with your order number and tracking information.
